It was founded in May 2003,the total assets is 20 million Yuan. Company covers an area of 18,000 square meters, including 2,200 square meters of office and technic building,2,200 square meters of forging workshop, 1,600 square meters of turning workshop,and 1,000 square meters of heating treatment workshop.There are more 150 staffs,including 3senior engineers,6 intermediate technical personnels,and 3quality management engineers.We have got the ISO9001-2000 quality management system certificate.

There are two product lines in forging workshop,which mainly produce ball style, column style,cone style and other style semi-finished bearings. The outer diameter size is 100-300mm in medium size productn line,and 4,000tons capacity per year;the outer diameter size is 150-600mm in large size product line,and 6,000tons capacity per year.We use the advanced medium frequency inducting heating furnace KGPS-500 in heating process,all data of heating and temperature controlling are stored in computer.The forging equipment contains press of JA31-630、JA31-250、JA31-160;reamer of D51-500、D51-350、D51-250、D51-160;annealing furnace of RTJ-220、RTJ-180.

The first turning product line was built in Oct.2006,and the main equipments contain 8 set of advanced CNC lathe CK9232,2 sets of copying lathe C7225,2 sets of groove specially used lathe HB2,10 sets of hydraulic semi-auto lathe UC1030A.The turning products size is 100mm-320mm,1 million sets every year.
